I ask that at least 24 hours notice is provided if a tuition session has to be cancelled. If less than 24 hr notice is given, I will request full payment for the session. However, I endeavour to be understanding and appreciate that a 24-hour notice period is not always possible. In these circumstances I will try to reschedule the session without cancellation fees where reasonable.

I will invoice parents during the last week of the preceding month. I will provide you with bank details to make a bank transfer. I will also accept payment via PayPal from international clients.

I tutor using Zoom and a collaborative online graphics notepad using Bitpaper. Bitpaper is an interactive white board and requires no download as it works through a web browser, preferably Google Chrome. Students will need access to a laptop, computer or tablet with a microphone and speakers and a stable internet connection. Most computers come with inbuilt cameras and microphones. The student can use a headset if they wish but this is not essential.
